• I just wanted to send a note of thanks for the job done by Goodwill on the cleanup. The crew was very thorough and efficient with cleaning. There are no residual odors and the carpets look better now than they did before the flood. I am not sure what can be done but I just wanted to take time out to let you know that your crew is doing a great job!
• I just wanted to share quickly that our office floors have never looked as good as they do now. I appreciate the effort of Mr. Thomas and the team that works with him. Mr. Thomas has gone to great efforts to coordinate cleaning our offices. Thanks, and we do appreciate the effort.
• This message is to commend Mr. Harris of Goodwill Industries who today was walking past my office and noticed a number of carpet stains. He voluntarily offered to steam clean the carpet to remove the stains. After about 5 minutes, Mr. Harris was finished and the carpet looks and smells like new! Great job Mr. Harris!
• It is my pleasure to thank some of your staff members for their outstanding teamwork last Wednesday. The conference planners were providing breakfast, lunch and 2 snacks for three days. Their tables had to be clean, the floors vacuumed and the trash required to be retrieved at least three times. That was out of the normal business day for your staff, with excellent planning we were able to get with Estelle and make it appear transparent to our guest. We give a big shout out and thank Estelle and her staff for going over and beyond to help us out on short notice.
• On Tuesday, Jackie pulled the trash by herself. She was very professional and she never complained. She made it happen. Thanks Jackie for always being a delight.

I just completed a very hectic day, and Michael stopped by my office to see if my carpet required cleaning, He took such great pride in making sure that the carpet was cleaned and that I was satisfied with his efforts.
